A wonderful remodel experience of my tiny studio apt on the UWS in a full service co-op bldg with onerous regulations. The apt is a pied a terre, and I was attempting the remodel from a thousand miles away! Not only did Carlos Castano and the great A-Plus team handle all the bldg’s paperwork, and do everything by the book, they kept me informed at all times via detailed emails, pictures and drawings. They stayed within my tight budget and transformed the apt into a showplace! If an unexpected situation occurred, they offered multiple solutions with cost estimated before contacting me. They designed and constructed beautiful built in storage and offered sage advice when asked. Excellent e...

We have been fortunate enough to work with Giancarlo & Miguel and Carlos on multiple occasions for multiple projects within our home over multiple years. Whether it was redoing the entryway and powder room wallpaper to larger projects like replacing all our door handles in our home, renovating a bedroom into my husbands office and moving a pipe in the process or creating custom doors for our home they have always been thoughtful, timely, detailed and efficient with our projects. They think through what works well for us while offering multiple solutions to choose from that stay within budget, sometimes even proposing cost efficiencies. They are detail oriented & check in often even after ...

Truly exceptional work in my bathroom. They were efficient, extremely respectful of our space (they kept it extremely clean) and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely use again. I got three quotes and they were within the range of them all. Very glad I worked with them. Pics are just before it was fully completed. Quality of work was A+

Excellent contractor. The job was a "refresh" of my galley kitchen: cleaned and repainted cabinets; new countertop; new tile backsplash; painted walls. Giancarlo was responsive and patient with all my questions, the work was top-notch, and the guys were really nice. Very efficient and the job was completed pretty much on schedule. They addressed the few mistakes made without any problem, and they dealt with my mistakes with patience and grace. Go with this family business!

We loved their work. They did a fantastic job, worked with us all along the way. Stayed on time/budget and were transparent on all fronts. We used the firm twice and would do so again.
