Upper East Side, Manhattan

The owner of the studio in the Upper East side had been living in the apartment for a few years and had not remodeled it since moving in. The owner was eager to renovate the place for his own enjoyment while being mindful of its resale value. The owner lived in the studio while project was being done which meant we had to be very cognizant of protection. We managed to fit all possessions to one side of the apartment and sealed of the job zone by putting up a zip-wall. The job took approximately 5 weeks to complete based on a 9am-5pm schedule.
