Upper West Side, Manhattan

This apartment was in its original condition when we started renovation. The apartment is located in the Upper West Side inside a landmark building. The kitchen foot print was expanded to open up the kitchen. The gas meter located kitchen was concealed behind the kitchen cabinetry. New wood floor was installed in the kitchen to match existing wood floor in the apartment. The closets were all customized which included drawers, rods, and shelves. A half bathroom was modified and a sink was added. We worked closely with the owner to ensure all her needs were met. For example, we gave the owner tips and ideas on how to maximize the closet space. We also gave the owner a few suggestions about finish carpentry which were all approved in the end .
